TERMS AND CONDITIONS - EQUIPMENT
SALE 2: The Sale will take place Saturday, April 15th @ 11:00 a.m. at 523 Montpelier Avenue, Forsyth, Georgia.
TERMS OF SALE EQUIPMENT: All equipment will be sold at ABSOLUTE auction, with no minimum bid requirements or Seller reserves. Picture ID required to register to bid. All items purchased at the auction must be paid for in full on auction day. We accept Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Certified Bank Check. Personal or Company Checks will be accepted but must be accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment of check.
BUYERS PREMIUM: All equipment sold at this auction will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. The bid amount plus the buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price. For example: A $10,000.00 bid plus the $1,000.00 buyer’s premium fee equals the final purchase price of $11,000.00.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be collected from all buyers unless proper tax exempt forms are presented at registration. No exceptions!
INSPECTION: There will be an Open House Friday, April 14, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
LOAD-OUT: Removal of equipment will begin at the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 P.M. Load-out will be from 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., Monday, April 17th and Tuesday, April 18th. ALL items must be removed by 5:00 P.M. on April 18th.. There will be NO load out on SUNDAY.
