ONLINE AUCTION - Estate Coin Auction - Day 1
Coin collectors will find U.S. Mint proof sets and commemorative issues, state quarter proof sets, presidential dollar proof sets, traditional U.S. Mint proof sets, and silver proof sets, along with commemorative silver dollars. You will also find confederate currency, silver and gold certificates and other collectible currency. Included in this auction will be a few gold coins. With over 100 lots in this auction, we feel we have something to offer collectors, investors, and gift buyers.
Bidding opens Monday, June 8, 2026, at 9:00 am EST
Lots begin closing Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 10:00 am EST
Participation Requirements: A valid credit card is required for bidding approval.
Online Bidding Terms:
1. Hudson & Marshall has provided descriptions of all items. All lots are sold in there “as-is and “where is” condition and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Descriptions are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. NO refunds will be offered. Any coin grades listed are an opinion and NOT guaranteed. All grading questions should be addressed before sale time. We will be happy to email other pictures to you if needed. All sales are final.
2. BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium is added to your bid price.
3. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. We accept major credit cards, cash, ACH or check with prior approval. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all sales. NO SALES TAX ON US COINS AND CURRENCY. An invoice will be sent with a payment link unless other arrangements have been made. There will be a 3% convenience fee charged on all credit/debit card sales.
4. The auction company, through UPS or FED EX, will arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and may be quoted before shipping. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition.
5. The auctioneer has the sole discretion to advance the bidding, set minimums or reject a nominal advance if, in his estimation, it proves injurious to the auction. The auctioneer shall be the final judge in all bidding disputes and shall name a bidder as the purchaser. All sales are subject to Seller approval.
6. The auction company shall not be held responsible for any ‘missed’ bids.
7. All sales are final.
8. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service or decline registration to any person.
9. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. We reserve the right to add or delete items before sale time. 10. Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to change the bid closing deadline.
