AUCTION: The equipment and inventory will sell Saturday, April 25th @ 10:00 a.m. from 500 Industrial Way E, Macon, Georgia 31217
BUYERS PREMIUM: All equipment and inventory sold at this auction will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. The bid amount plus the buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price. For example: A $10,000.00 bid plus the $1,000.00 buyer’s premium fee equals the final purchase price of $11,000.00.
TERMS OF SALE: A picture ID will be required to register to bid. The Auctioneer may announce incremental bidding requirements for any single lot or on all lots. All items purchased at the auction must be paid for in full on auction day. We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Personal or Company Checks. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
INSPECTION: Inspection will be held Thur, April 16: 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Sun, April 19: 2:00 - 5:00 P.M., Thur April 23: 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and Fri, April 24: 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be collected from all buyers unless proper tax exempt forms are presented at registration. No exceptions!
LOAD-OUT: Removal of equipment will begin at the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 P.M. Load-out will resume at 9:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Sunday, April 26th through Sunday, May 3rd.
