SALE SITE: The auction will be held on the property located at 460 Mask Road, Brooks, Georgia on Saturday, November 22, 2025 @ 10:30 A.M.
INSPECTION: Inspection of the equipment and cattle will be held Sunday, November 16th from 1:00- 5:00 P.M. and Friday, November 21st from 10:00 - 5:00 P.M. or by appointment with Steve Slocumb at 478-957-4283
BUYERS PREMIUM: All equipment and cattle will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. The bid amount plus the buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price.
TERMS OF SALE: All equipment will be sold at absolute auction, with no minimum bid requirements or Seller reserves. The cattle sell subject to the acceptance of the high bid by the Estate. A picture ID will be required to register to bid. The Auctioneer may announce incremental bidding requirements for any single lot or on all lots. All items purchased at the auction must be paid for in full on auction day. We accept Cash, Personal/Company Check or Credit Card with a 3% fee.
LOAD-OUT EQUIPMENT: Removal of equipment will begin at the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 P.M. Load-out will resume at noon Sunday, November 23rd and ALL items must be removed by 5:00 P.M. that day.
LOAD-OUT CATTLE: Removal of the cattle will be by appointment. All cattle must be removed from the property by Tuesday, November 25th @ 5:00 P.M.
