SALE SITE:  Wilkinson County Court House, 100 Bacon Street, Irwinton, GA

OPEN HOUSE FOR VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT:  Friday, January 26th from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the Wilkinson County Road Department located at 8154 Hwy 57, McIntyre, GA  

AUCTION: All real estate, vehicles and equipment will sell Saturday, January 27, 2024 @ 10:30 a.m. from the Wilkinson County Courthouse located at 100 Bacon Street, Irwinton, GA.

BUYERS PREMIUM: All real estate, vehicles and equipment will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. The bid amount plus the buyer’s premium equals the final purchase price. For example: A $10,000.00 bid plus the $1,000.00 buyer’s premium fee equals the final purchase price of $11,000.00.

TERMS OF SALE: All real estate, vehicles and equipment must be paid for in full the day of the auction.  Accepted forms of payment are cash or business/personal check.

INSPECTION: Inspection for the vehicles and equipment will be Friday, January 26th from 9:00 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. at the Wilkinson County Road Department located 8154 Hwy 57, McIntyre, GA.  The real estate is available for inspection at anytime.

CLOSING: The County is transferring the  real property via Quitclaim deed and does not warrant title to the real estate. Purchaser will receive the Deed within 30 business days of the auction.  The purchaser shall be responsible for the 2024 real estate taxes when due.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be collected from all buyers on the vehicles and equipment unless proper tax exempt forms are presented at registration. No exceptions!
