All property will sell on-site from the Georgia ATM plant located on White Springs Road on Saturday, January 16, 2010 at 10:30 A.M.
DIRECTIONS TO THE PROPERTY:
From I-16, go south on Highway 19 (exit 54) for approximately 15 miles. Turn right on White Springs Road and continue 0.7 miles to the property on the right.

| Terms Real Estate: | TERMS OF SALE FOR EQUIPMENT:
All items purchased at the auction must be paid for in full on sale day with cash or Check. Personal and/or company checks must be accompanied by an irrevocable bank letter guaranteeing payment of your check.
SALES TAX:
Applicable sales tax will be collected from all buyers unless proper tax exempt forms are presented at registration. No exceptions!
REGISTRATION:
Registration will begin at 9:00 A.M. All persons are required to register to bid at the auction. Please bring a valid driver’s license or another form of picture identification.
LOAD-OUT:
Removal of equipment will be on Sale Day until 5:00 P.M. and on Monday, January 18th from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Larger equipment items requiring professional movers will be handled on an appointment basis.

| Buyers Premium: | All equipment sold at this auction will be sold with a 10% buyer’s premium fee. The bid amount plus the buyers premium equals the final purchase price. For example: A $10,000.00 bid plus the $1,000.00 buyers premium fee equals the final purchase price of $11,000.00.

Auction representatives will be on duty at the property on Thursday, January 14, 2010 and Friday, January 15, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. each day. We strongly encourage you to view the items before auction day.
