From Sparta, go east on GA-Hwy 16 for approximately 12 miles. Turn left on Hamburg State Park Road and continue 1 mile to the property on the right. From Warrenton, go west on GA-Hwy 16 for approximately 10 miles. Turn right on Hamburg State Park Road and continue 1 mile to the property on the right.

Closing Cost:The Seller will pay their pro-rata share of the 2010 real estate taxes, preparation of the warranty deed and the Georgia transfer tax.
